SMT Entrance Behind this door is the SMT production area. The equipment on the wall generates high velocity wind to remove dust particles from working suits before entering the area. SMT Production Line This is the PCB layout process, where components position is marked on the PCB by using the latest technology. SMT Production Area (10 Dedicated SMT Lines) The re-flow machine of the SMT production . It welds the components onto the PCB. SMT Production Line Outgoing Quality Control or OQC : After the Auto Optical Inspection is done, the PCBs must be examined by the OQC to ensure the high quality. Assembly Line After the SMT process, some components are welded on the PCBs. This machine ensures that each component is soldered as per the layout format on the PCB.
