中国普外基础与临床杂志 2017年7月第24卷第x期 • 1 •   ·综 述· 成纤维激活蛋白的研究现状与展望 汤苏敏，张波，陈志新 四川大学华西医院胃肠外科（成都  610041 ） 【摘要】   目的    总结成纤维激活蛋白（fibroblast activation protein ，FAP ）的功能、作用机制以及其在靶向治 疗方面的应用。 方法    复习近年来国内外有关 FAP 的相关研究文献并进行综述。 结果    FAP 与人二肽基肽酶 Ⅳ具有重要的联系，具有丝氨酸蛋白酶活性，是肿瘤微环境中重要的免疫抑制成分。FAP 参与肿瘤性和非肿瘤性 疾病的病理过程。在靶向治疗中，针对 FAP 的酶活性抑制物、抗体、疫苗及前体药物被广泛研究。 结论    FAP 功 能多样，参与多种疾病的病理过程，同时对肿瘤靶向治疗的研究具有重要意义。 【关键词】  成纤维激活蛋白；肿瘤；靶向治疗 Current status and perspective in research of fibroblast activation protein TANG Sumin, ZHANG Bo, CHEN Zhixin Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, West China Hospital, Sichuan University, Chengdu 610041, P.R.China Corresponding author: CHEN Zhixin, Email: chenzhixin@ 【Abstract 】 Objective    To summarize functions and mechanisms of fibroblast activation protein (FAP) and its application in targeted therapy. Method    Literatures about FAP in recent years were collected to make a review. Results    There is an important relationship between FAP and dipeptidyl peptidase- Ⅳ. FAP has serine protease activity and is an important immunosuppressive component in the tumor microenvironment. FAP participates in the pathological process of neoplastic and non-neoplastic diseases. In targeted therapy, enzyme inhibitors, antibodies, vaccines, and prodrugs of FAP have been extensively studied.
