Methods: Case-control study was adopted in the study .Including the group of 32 cases with Ischemic Stroke Patients and a control group of 32 cases without Ischemic Stroke Patients . The cablood pressure, blood glucose，blood lipidfibriongen (FIB), cervical vetebra were tested. First, single variable analysis was conducted and then multivariate non-condition stepwise logistic model analysis was conducted. Results: Hypertension，, cervical spondylosis of mix type ,intervertebral disk displacement of cervical vetebra and carotid artery atherosclerotic were significantly higher in Ischemic Stroke patients than patients without stroke.(P0.05); Multiple logistic regression analysis showed correlation between hypertension, cervical spondylosis of mix type ,intervertebral disk displacement of cervical vetebra andcarotid artery atherosclerotic with Ischemic Stroke.the most important risk factors of plaques were high blood lipid(P=0.04) and ntervertebral disk displacement of cervical vetebra (P=0.00).The dficiency of qi,blood,yin,yang and phlegm,static blood,fire,depression were equally exst in the
