• 444 • West China Medical Journal, Mar. 2017, Vol. 32, No.3   ·医院管理与教学· 四川大学华西医院 2011 年—2016 年国家自然 科学基金资助项目分析与管理实践 苏伟，王峥 四川大学华西医院/华西临床医学院学科建设部（成都  610041 ） 【摘要】   目的    探讨某大型综合医院国家自然科学基金的管理实践。方法    对四川大学华西医院 2011 年— 2016 年国家自然科学基金资助项目数据进行全面整理与分析，分析基金获准人员的基本特征。结果    6 年共获准 基金 767 项，年均 127 项；医学科学部是项目的主要获准来源（690 项），获资项目覆盖基金委员会设置的所有资 助类别。25 ～40 岁的科研人员是主要的资助人群（501 项）。面上项目负责人平均年龄（43.54±7.28 ）岁，以正高级 职称居多；青年科学基金项目负责人平均年龄（32.01±3.05 ）岁，以中级职称居多，且受资助者中男性年龄 [ （31.27±2.23 ）岁] 比女性 [ （32.90±3.62 ）岁] 小，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论    青年科技人员的前期研究积 累及医院对基础研究、人才培养及学科建设等方面的政策引领作用对获准国家自然科学基金的资助越来越重要。 【关键词】   国家自然科学基金；科研项目管理；资助情况；医院 Analysis and management practices of projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2011 to 2016 SU Wei, WANG Zheng Discipline Construction Department, West China Hospital/West China Medical School, Sichuan University, Chengdu, Sichuan 610041, P. Methods    We carried out an overall analysis on the data of projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2011 to 2016 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University. The characteristics of researchers who were granted the foundation were also studied. Results    In the recent six years, there were 767 projects granted by the National Natural Science Foundation in the hospital, with an average of 127 projects a year. The Department of Medical Sciences was the top source of approval for the projects (690 items), and its granted projects covered all the categories set by the foundation committee.
