Have a dictation about the useful expressions in the listening.
2、Reading
1 Ask the students to read the title of the text and to discuss what will be talked about in the text.
Starter:
After a brief explanation of the instructions, the teacher
organize group discussion among the students to list the benefits of running and other physical exercise.
Asks the students to report their discussion.if the students have difficulty in doing this, the teacher should give them the information about the benefits of physical exercise provided in the following part 3 background information.
To complete exercise.1 in starter.

The teacher:
lets the students answer the text-related questions, helps them identify the main idea od each paragraph and analyzes some difficult sentences and language points while discussing the whole text with them.
Guide the students through the exercises,focusing on certain items or leaving some exercises as the students’ homework,according to the students’ diffferent levels of English.
