LEEP术联合α-干扰素栓治疗宫颈糜烂临床效果观察[摘要] 目的 探讨LEEP术联合α-干扰素栓对宫颈糜烂治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取宫颈糜烂患者210例，随机分为三组：LEEP术治疗组（A组），α-干扰素栓治疗组（B组），LEEP术联合α-干扰素栓治疗组（C组），每组各70例。治疗后2、4、6、8周进行随访，治疗8周后判定其疗效， 观察比较各组的临床症状改善情况、阴道出血时间和糜烂面愈合时间。结果 A、B、C三组的总有效率分别为72.5%、75.4%和97.2%，三组差异具有显著性（P＜0.01）。C组阴道出血时间短于A、B两组（9.6±4.2 vs 16.2±5.1，17.3±6.4；P＜0.01）。C组糜烂面愈合时间优于其他两组（5.5±2.3 vs 8.9±5.3，9.4±5.8； P＜0.01）。但A组和B组比较差异无显著性。三组均未出现明显不良反应。结论 LEEP术联合α-干扰素栓治疗宫颈糜烂是一种高效、安全、副作用小的理想治疗方法，具有较广的临床推广价值。 [关键词] 宫颈环电切术；α-干扰素栓；宫颈糜烂 [中图分类号] R711.32 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）22-55-02 Clinical Effects of Alpha Interferon Together with LEEP Operative on Cervical Erosion CHEN Fangjuan Gynecology Department of Mother and Child Care Courtyard in East District of Ningbo in Zhengjiang Province，Ningbo 315040，China [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinic effects of alpha interferon together with LEEP operation on cervical erosion treatment. Methods 210 patients with cervical were divided into three groups， LEEP surgical treatment group （group A），alpha interferon bolt treatment group （group B） and alpha interferon together with LEEP operation treatment group （group C），each group had 70 cases. Curative effects were estimated on the following up of 2，4，6 and 8 weeks，evaluation indexes including： improvement of symptoms， vaginal bleeding time and healing time of erosion surface. Results The total effective rate of A， B and C three groups were 75.4%，72.5%，97.2% respectively，with significant difference among three groups （P＜0.01）. In the vaginal bleeding time，C group was higher than A，B two groups（9.6±4.2 vs 16.2±5.1，17.3±6.4；P＜0.01）. In healing time of erosion surface， group C also was superior to other two groups （5.5±2.3 vs 8.9±5.3，9.4±5.8；P＜0.01）. But there was no significant difference between A and B group. Three treatment groups appeared no harmful response. Conclusion Alpha interferon together with LEEP operation treatment on cervical erosion is a kind of high efficient， safe method， with clinically popularized value.
