Livin mRNA在泌尿系恶性肿瘤外周血中表达及意义【摘要】目的：研究泌尿系恶性肿瘤患者外周血Livin mRNA的表达，并探讨其临床意义。方法：采用RT-PCR法，检测16例肾癌患者、21例膀胱癌患者、9例前列腺癌患者和10例非恶性病志愿者外周血Livin mRNA的表达，泌尿系恶性肿瘤患者中14例获得至少半年随访。结果：外周血重复采样阳性率高于单次采样(P0.05)。重复采样总阳性率：肾癌患者为75%(12/16)，膀胱癌患者为71.4%(15/21)，前列腺癌患者为77.8%(7/9)； 单次外周血采样：肾癌患者Livin mRNA阳性表达率为43.8%(7/16)，膀胱癌患者为42.9%(9/21)，前列腺癌患者为44.4%(4/9)。10例健康志愿者无Livin mRNA阳性表达。半年局部或远处复发率Livin mRNA外周血阳性表达患者高于阴性者(P0.05)。结论：检测泌尿系恶性肿瘤患者外周血Livin mRNA的表达，敏感性和特异性较高，重复检测其外周血Livin mRNA可增加外周血循环癌细胞的检出率，Livin mRNA可作为检测泌尿系恶性肿瘤微转移的靶基因，指导其治疗和预后。 【关键词】膀胱癌；Livin；逆转录聚合酶链反应 文章编号：1009-5519（2007）19-2849-02 中图分类号：R73 文献标识码：A Expression of Livin mRNA in peripheral blood of bladder cancer patients GAO Jiang-yuan1，YANG Lin2，ZHENG Xiang-qi2 (1.Teaching and Research Section of Biology，The Medicinal Higher Special School of Chongqing,Chongqing 400051，China；2.Department of Urology，The FourthHospital of Chongqing，Chongqing 400014，China) 【Abstract】Objective：To study the expression of LivinmRNA in peripheral blood of bladder cancer patients.
