优势致敏真菌及变应性皮肤病发病关系调查及临床探究[摘要] 目的：探明优势致敏真菌与变应性皮肤病发病的关系，以指导其预防、诊断和治疗。方法：应用曝皿和曝片互补的方法，对室内外优势真菌的种类、数量与季节分布进行了全年调查。结果：曝皿调查共检出56个属种的真菌，曝片调查共收集到33个属种的真菌孢子，大多数优势真菌有明显的季节分布，高峰期在4～11月，与真菌变应性皮肤病发病季节相一致。应用真菌抗原为变应性皮肤病患者做皮内实验，阳性率明显高于对照组。应用真菌变应原浸液进行免疫治疗，疗效明显高于对照组。结论：优势致敏真菌是变应性皮肤病的重要发病原因之一。 [关键词] 变应性皮肤病；致敏真菌；曝片与曝皿调查；变应原；免疫治疗 [中图分类号]R751 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-7210（2007）07（a）-027-03 Investigation and clinical study ofthe relationship between superior sensitizing fungus and allergodermia LI Chunlan1, LIU Zhao2,FENG Mingli2 (1.Department of ENT, Central Hospital of Zibo, Zibo 255036,China;2.Renji Out-patient of Gaoxin,Zibo 255086,China) [Abstract] Objective: To explore the relationship between superior sensitizing fungus and allergodermia fordirecting the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods: Ty two methods of plate-exposure and slide-exposure, variety, quantity and seasonal distribution of the superior fungus in one year were investigated.Results: Fifty-six kinds of fungus were found by plate-exposure while thirty-three kinds of fungous spore were collected by slide-exposure. Most of superior fungus had obvious seasonal distribution and its peak time was from April to November, which was consistent with the incidence season of allergodermia. Intradermal test for allergodermia patients were carried out with fungus antigen, the positive rate of allergodermia patients was significantly higher than that of control group. Its curative effect was significantly better than that of control group when using immunologie treatment with allergen extract.Conclusion:Superior sensitizing fungus is an important factor resulting in allergodermia.
