人性化护理对食管癌放疗患者生活质量影响[摘要] 目的 探讨人性化护理对食管癌放疗患者生活质量的影响。 方法 随机将食管癌放疗患者109例分为实验组和对照组，实验组给予人性化护理，对照组给予常规护理，两组分别于放疗前，放疗后1、3个月采用SF-36生活质量量表进行生活质量调查，比较两组得分。 结果 实验组与对照组在放疗前生活质量各维度得分比较，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）；放疗后1个月，实验组在生理功能、情感职能、社会功能、精神状态、活力及对健康总评价得分均高于对照组（均P ＜ 0.05）。放疗后3个月，实验组在生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、疼痛、精神状态、活力及对健康总评价得分均高于对照组（均P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 人性化护理有助于提高食管癌放疗患者的生活质量。 [关键词] 人性化护理；食管癌；放疗；生活质量 [中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）01（b）-136-02 Effect of humane nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with esophagus cancer receiving radiotherapy SU Qin Department of Radation Oncology, the People′s Hospital of Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province, Yangzhong 212200, China [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of humane nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with esophagus cancer receiving radiotherapy. Methods 109 patients with esophagus carcinoma receiving radiotherapy were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing treatment and care; on this basis, the experiment group was given humane nursing intervention.
