BOM of nameplate ASM 字牌总成材料清单 Dimension requirement of nameplate ASM: - Bottom surface flatness: 0.5; - Gap between tap and letter edge: 0.25+0/-0.25、0.5±0.5； Dimension requirement of part: Outer contour of tape is smaller than the letter edge about 0.25/0.5, tap thickness is appointed by customer. Outer contour of release liner is bigger than tap about 3-5mm for unilateral dimension , tolerance t=0.2mm. Unilateral dimension of paper frame is bigger than nameplate about 15mm, tolerance t=2mm.
