摘要：电力参数监测是电力系统中最基本的计算之一，对指导电力系统安全、经济和可靠
运行起着关键的作用。本文回顾了近二十年来电力参数算法的发展进程，介绍了信号采
样方法并作了简要比较和评述。对于谐波检测方法的发展方向，本文亦作了一些探讨。
关键词：电力参数；交流采样；谐波测量
