舒适护理在产妇分娩过程中临床应用研究【摘要】 目的：探讨舒适护理在产妇分娩过程中的临床应用价值。方法：选取2009年1月至2010年1月在我院产科分娩的初产妇246例，将产妇随机分为产科舒适护理组123例和产科常规护理组123例，比较两种护理方式在产妇分娩过程中的产程时间、剖宫产发生率、产后大出血发生率、新生儿窒息发生率及产妇满意度等临床应用效果。结果：舒适护理组产妇的产程短，剖宫产、产后大出血及新生儿窒息发生率明显低于常规护理组，产妇满意度明显高于常规护理组。结论：在产妇分娩过程中实施舒适护理，可明显提高护理质量，减少并发症，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】 舒适护理；分娩；临床应用 Comfort maternity care in the clinical application of the process （Tianwei Ying Rong County of Sichuan Province People’s Hospital 643100） 【Abstract】Objective: To explore comfortable maternity care in the clinical application of the process. Methods: from January 2009 to January 2010 obstetric deliveries in our hospital 246 cases of early maternal, and maternal comfort care group were randomly divided into 123 cases of obstetric and obstetric group of 123 patients with routine care, compare the two methods in maternity care during the time of labor, cesarean section rate, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia and maternal satisfaction rate of clinical effect. Results: The maternal comfort care group short of labor, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia was significantly lower than the usual care group, maternal satisfaction was significantly higher than the usual care group. Conclusion: In the course of the implementation of comfortable maternity care, can significantly improve quality of care, reduce complications, is worthy of clinical use. 【Key words 】clinical application of comfort care delivery 分娩过程中的舒适护理[1]是通过对护理工作的改善，缩短产妇在分娩过程中不愉快状态的时间，降低不愉快的程度，使产妇身心处于最佳状态，更好地配合分娩，减少产后大出血、新生儿窒息等并发症的发生率。与常规护理相比，分娩舒适护理顺应了现代医学模式的转变，丰富了分娩过程中整体护理的内涵，具有更实际、操作性更强、易于被产妇接受等特点。 为了更加深入探讨舒适护理在产妇分娩过程中的临床应用价值，我科自2009年1月起对产妇在分娩过程中实施舒适护理，取得了显著优于常规护理的良好效果。现将具体情况报告如下： 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取我院2009年1月~2010年1月在我院产科分娩的初产妇246例，年龄22~35岁，平均26.57岁。均为孕37~41周的初产妇，定期产前检查，无妊娠合并症，无头盆不称，均因见红、破水或不规律宫缩入院待产，未发现明显异常。 1.2方法 将产妇随机分为产科舒适护理组123例和产科常规护理组123例。 1.2.1常规护理 保持产房温暖、舒适、清洁、安静。定时监测产妇生命体征，鼓励产妇少量多次进餐，摄入足够水分，以保证精力和体力充沛。协助并指导产妇正确使用腹压配合接产。以亲切的语言，给予
