衡阳市临床用血ABO、Rh血型分布调查[摘要] 目的 了解衡阳市临床用血ABO、Rh血型分布情况，以便更好的解决临床用血的供需平衡，提高无偿献血的组织效率。 方法 对用于临床的16 050例无偿献血者的悬浮少白红细胞进行检测，汇总分析血型结果。 结果 血型分布中A型占34.70%，B型占21.74%，O型占35.58%，AB型占7.98%；Rh阴性占总数0.15%。 结论 通过了解本市用于临床的无偿献血血液ABO、Rh血型分布的特征，为制定血液的采集和供应方案以及稀有血型的调配方案提供理论参考，从而提高血液的临床利用率，减少血液浪费。 [关键词] ABO血型；Rh血型；临床用血；无偿献血 [中图分类号] R457.1+1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）03-0025-02 Investigation on the distribution of ABO blood group and Rh blood group in the clinical use of blood in Hengyang city WANG Ying CHEN En Department of Quality Management, Hengyang City Blood of Center Station in Hunan Province, Hengyang 421001, China [Abstract] Objective To understand the distribution of ABO blood group system and Rh blood group system in order to balance the supply and need of clinical use of blood in Hengyang city and to organize the voluntary blood donors more efficiently. Methods The data of little white red cell suspension distribution were obtained from 16 050 voluntary blood donors in Hengyang and the final blood type results were analyzed. Results The percentage of group ABO was 34.70% for group A, 21.74% for group B, 35.58% for group O and 7.98% for group AB respectively. Whereas it was only 0.15% for blood group Rh. Conclusion The characteristic of distribution of different blood groups of the clinical use of blood in Hengyang was obtained and a theoretical function for the obtain and the supply of the different of blood especially the rarely obtained blood can be set so that the clinical use of the blood become more reasonable and efficient.
