M ethod s A total of 106 patients w ith type 2 d iabetesw ere enrolled in th is study, and they w ere d ivided into anxiety d isorder group ( group A, n= 52) and no anx iety d isorder group ( group B, n= 54) based onw ith orw ithou t anxiety. Basic data of tw o groupsw ere wellm atched. A ll pa tientsw ere tested using the StateTrait Anxiety Inventory( STA I) form Y questionnaire. The fasting b lood glucose( FPG), fast ing insu lin( FINS), fasting b lood cortisol ( CRO) and fasting serum interleukin6 ( IL6) w ere detected. Insu lin resistance in dex (HOMAIR), Bcell function index(H BCI) and insu lin secretary function index( IS)w ere calculated. Psychological treat m entw as given in group A.
