为核心的信息系统构建

摘要：从发电厂信息系统建设的5个方面出发，提出采用ERP+EAM+外围管理系统的方式构建发电
厂信息系统的思路。以浙江省能源集团有限公司为例，财务管理系统和人力资源管理系统由公司统一
组织实施，采取集中运行管理模式；在此基础上，集成EAM系统和外围管理系统，实现与生产相关的
设备管理、运行管理、安全监察、物资管理、计划管理等。阐述了系统构成和设计方案。
