T he zo ne w as picked o ut w here the cr ack and w r inkle happ ened and at the sam e tim e the thickness in bending area w as analysed . On t his b asis the technical ex p erim ent s w ere carr ied out and the thickness distr ibution w as m ade clearly. T he ex p erim ent result s coincide w ith the F EA g reatly. Bo th of t hem show th at the thickness of outer tube descends and the thickness o f inner tube go es up. Furt her mor e the g reatest thinning and thicking both are in the m iddle o f bends . During the bending pr ocess the averag e E w ill decr ease w ith t he t incr easing of r elative bending r adii R/ t .
