非球面人工晶体植入术后全眼球差的可预测性分析 赵晓彬 贾志旸 董素婷 （河北省人民医院眼科 石家庄050051） 【摘要】 目的 观察超声乳化白内障吸除术后植入不同球差的非球面IOL，术后假晶体眼全眼球差的可预测性，探讨在临床上个性化植入非球面IOL的可行性。方法 前瞻性病例系列研究。收集在我院就诊拟行手术治疗的年龄相关性白内障患者58例（58眼），将患者随机分为3组，行超声乳化白内障吸除并分别植入以下几种非球面IOL中的一种：Tecnis Z9003，球差为-0.27um；ArcySof IQ，球差为-0.20um；PY-60AD，球差为-0.18um。术后3个月观察患者的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、等效球镜值、6.0mm瞳孔直径时的角膜及全眼球差。采用t检验和方差分析对获得的数据进行统计学分析。结果 所有患者术后全眼球差预测值为0.051±0.082um，测量值为0.037±0.074um，预测值与测量值之间差异无统计学意义（P=0.206)。平均预测误差为0.015±0.057um，3组之间差异无统计学意义（P=0.978）。所有患者术前术后角膜球差相比，差异无统计学意义。结论 超声乳化白内障吸除术后植入不同球差的非球面IOL，术后假晶体眼全眼球差的可预测性较好，为非球面IOL的个性化植入提供了理论依据。 【关键词】 超声乳化白内障吸除术 ；白内障；晶体，人工；球差 [中图法分类号] R776.1 Predictability of total ocular spherical aberration following phacomulcification and aspheric IOL implantation Zhao Xiaobin, Jia Zhiyang, Dong Sutin.
