Abstract:Objective It is understand interrelationship of mental health status and personality characteristics,workplace of nurses who work in division department in adapting environment of work,by analyzing personality characteristics,coping styles and division management.It find a good methods of allocation.which can promote to management and cultivate psychological quality of new nurse and provide the quality of care. method 61 of nurse who were assigned to a Comprehensive Hospital in 2010 as the experimental group, 65 of nurses who were assigned to a Comprehensive Hospital in 2009 as the the control group. The experimental group take management of division department by personality traits, coping style assessment and nurse leadership style. The control group is randomly Division. Intervention effects were evaluated in 6 months and in 18 months,respectively. result Hostility factor of Nurses of experimental group by SCL-90 is lower than the control group(P 0.01),Retreat of coping style and rationalization factor of the experimental is lower than the control groupl in the 6th month(P<0.01); Factor scores of the experimental group by SCL-90 is lower than the control group(P<0.05),but EPQL factor is higher than the control group(P<0.01).6 people were resigned in the control group , turnover rate of 9%,but no people was resigned in experimental group. Conclusion It is benefit according to the psychological characteristics of nurses, nurse leadership style. It can enhancing the mental quality and improve mental health of the new nurses, so that they can adopt a mature and positive coping styles in face pressure, and p
