辅助二极管谐振极逆变器中零电压检测问题的研究

摘要：辅助二极管谐振极软开关逆变器(ADRPI)控制方便，可靠性高，在交流传动中有良好的应用前景。本文分
析了辅助二极管谐振极软开关逆变器一个桥臂拓扑结构的工作工程，提出了一种实用的零电压检测电路的设
计，该电路通过电压检测、放大滤波、绝对值电路、比较和逻辑控制，实现了开关管的零电压导通，通过仿真和实
验进行了进一步的验证，为ADRPI软开关技术的实际应用奠定了基础。
