The re- sults show that the increase of molecular weight and vinyl content of the raw rubber could reduce the processability of the system. When the ratio of the raw rubber with the molecular weight of 600 000 and 700 000 is 40 ∶60, the comprehensive properties of the silicone rubber are better. When the ratio of the raw rubber with vinyl content of 0.16% and 0.06% is 60 ∶40, the mechanical properties of the silicone rubber are better.
