How to deal with quality problem for an enterprise? This course will introduce the mechanism of TQM – QCC recognized by the trade, explain the quality awareness, team establishment and operation procedure of quality control group in detail, and build a complete QCC team problem analyzing and solving plan by integrating the tools and structuralized steps for problem solving.
