火电厂汽水管道振动的分析及解决方法

摘要：针对电厂管道振动严重危害电厂安全生产、运行人员人身安全及工作环境的问题，分析了电厂汽水管道系
统振动的危害和主要形成原因，提出了改变管系固有频率、减小转弯角度、改变刚度、改变工质参数等消减振动的方
法，并通过某电厂一期工程600Mw机组主给水管道振动治理实例，验证了采用消除管道振动措施的正确性。
关键词：汽水管道；振动；亚临界机组；减振措施
