摘要：针对船舶管理中心对江面作业的双燃料船舶的燃料监管需要，设计了一个基于ARM和
端的网络硬盘录像机作为视频服务器，管理中心可以对船舶现场进行实时监控。测试结果表明，系统
性能稳定可靠、实时性良好。
关键词：ARM；3G网络；燃料管理；VPN；实时监控
