基于FFTfl勺闪变值离散化测量及误差校正

摘要： IEC推荐的电压闪变测量方法设计复杂，实现较困难；在IEC闪变测量原理的基础上，基
于FFT的离散化算法可以简化闪变值的计算过程。根据国家标准中对电能质量监测设备通用要求，选
取合适参数对简化算法进行了仿真；同时，针对离散化算法主要环节的误差分析，对计算结果进行了
误差校正。
