室内空气质量管理与控制 摘要 随着有机合成材料在室内装饰及设备用具方面的广泛应用,致使挥发性有机化合物气体大量散发,严重恶化了室内空气质量,使得室内空气质量问题成为社会关注的焦点。为此,本论文进行了建筑材料对室内空气质量的影响及其评价的研究,争取为控制室内空气污染、改善室内环境质量提供科学依据和方法,以满足人们对健康住宅的需求。论文总结了国内在室内空气质量研究方面的成果和存在的问题,系统地分析了室内存在的污染物和污染源。此外,还具体分析了不同装修时间、不同温湿度、不同装修设计及通风换气、建筑材料的种类对室内污染物的影响。室内温度增加,有利于装修材料和家具中甲醛和苯的释放。时间与室内污染物含量呈明显的负相关,装修结束后1周,室内污染物浓度的平均值超过国家标准,而随着时间的推移,室内污染物浓度逐渐下降。室内污染物主要来源于装修和家具所采用的材料,如油漆、涂料、有机溶剂以及以脲醛树脂为粘合剂的胶合板、纤维板等。 此外,本文依据现行的室内空气质量标准,结合室内空气污染的特点,分别建立了室内空气质量影响评价、现状评价的模式和方法。通过分析、预测室内装饰装修工程建成后存在的危害室内坏境空气品质的因素和危害程度,为室内空气污染的治理提供方案对策。 关键词 室内空气质量；室内污染；管理方法；治理对策 Study on the management and control of indoor air quality Abstract As the organic synthetic materials in interior decoration and equipment aspect widespread application, causes the volatile organic compounds emitted large amounts of gas, serious deterioration of the indoor air quality, indoor air quality has become the focus of social attention. Therefore, in this thesis the building materials on the indoor air quality influence and evaluation, for the control of indoor air pollution, improve indoor environment quality to provide scientific basis and methods, in order to meet the people on health residential demand. The paper summarizes the domestic indoor air quality in the research achievements and the existing problems, systematic analysis of the indoor presence of pollutants and pollution source. In addition, also analyzes the different decoration time, different temperature and humidity, different decoration design and ventilation, building materials on the indoor pollutant effects.
