A R T I C L E I N F O A B S T R A C T Keywords: Performance appraisal (PA) which is a process used by the firms to evaluate their employees’ Performance Appraisal efficiency and productivity, was initially carried out by the supervisors. Recently authors consider 360 Degree Feedback PA as an evaluation process based on the opinion of different assessors such as superiors, peers, Fuzzy Sets subordinates and the employees themselves. As assessors have different knowledge about the AHP evaluated employee, their different opinions could be a more exact judgment.
