基于模糊理论的煤粉
着火及时性试验研究

[摘 要] 应用模糊综合评价方法对煤粉的着火状态进行定量评估，提出了着火及时性指数：J。一
b2／(b。+6：+b。)×100％，其值越大，说明着火情况越好。在某电厂锅炉上的试验表明：
运行优化调整前，着火及时性指数为19．7％～68．6％，飞灰含碳量5．5％；运行优化调
整后，着火及时性指数大幅度增加，达89．6％～92．2％，飞灰舍碳量降互4．5％，表明模
糊综合评价能准确地反映煤粉的着火状态，为锅炉燃烧调整提供指导。
