基于三相双开关PFC电路的高功率因数软开关电源术

摘要：针对传统开关电源输入功率因数低、谐波含量高、开关损耗大等缺点，提出了一款基于三相双开关PFC电
路的高功率因数软开关电源。本文研究了三相双开关PFC电路的六种丁作模态，分析了移相全桥ZVSPWM变
换电路实现谐振软开关的原理，提出一种高功率因数软开关电源实用电路，并进行了仿真验证及电路实现。实
验结果表明，实验电路能够有效提高电源的功率因数，且所有开关管都工作在软开关状态。实验电路具有高功
率冈数、低开关损耗、设计简单、容易实现等优点。
