摘要 本次毕业设计的目的是通过对马钢车轮公司的实地考察，运用IE的思想和方法去发现和解决企业在生产过程中不合理的部分。一、流程分析的目的在于分析环件在加工的过程中的四个环节，加工、检查、搬运、等待和储存等五个状态加以记录，从而分析隐藏成本浪费的问题。二、人机作业分析是记录操作者和机器设备在同一时间内的工作情况，并加以分析，以充分发挥人和机器的效率。三、双手作业分析图以双手的操作为对象，采用标准流程图符号来记录其动作，表示其关系，并可指导作业者如何有效地运用双手，从事生产性的工作，提供一种新的动作观念，找出一种新的改善途径。四、设施布局规划。运用SLP法对环件车间的布局情况进行分析，从而得出环件车间各作业单位布局的合理性。 最终从以上四个方面的研究去探索企业降低成本，提高效率的途径。 关键词：流程分析，设施规划，作业分析 ABSTRACT The graduation project is aimed at discovering and solving the production process in some of the unreasonable through the wheel of MA Steel visits.The use of IEs ideas and methods related could be applied adequately at the same time. Firstly，The purpose of flow analysis is to analyze the p rocess of the ring in the processing of the four segments, processing, inspection, handling, and storage waiting to be five state records, to analyze the problem of hidden costs of waste. Secondly, Analysis is a record of human-computer operations and machinery and equipment operators at the same time the work and analysis in order to give full play to the efficiency of machines. Thirdly. Operation analysis of hands is in order to target the operation of his hands, the use of standard flow chart symbols to record their movements, that their relationship and guide operators how to use both hands to engage in productive work effectively, to provide a new kind of action concepts, find a new way to improve. Last, facilities layout planning. Use of SLP Ring workshop on analysis of the layout so as to arrive at the ring workshop layout of the operating units is reasonable. The four points from the above research is to explore the business to reduce costs and improve it to find a efficiency way.
