耦合方式对浪涌保护器组合波输出波形特性影响的研究

摘要：笔者建立了压敏电阻的仿真模型以及组合波耦合网络的MATLAB仿真电路，研究了电容耦合和压敏电阻耦合方式对组
合波短路电流波形参数的影响规律。耦合电容的加入使组合波短路电流的波前时间和半峰值时间减小，回路虚拟阻抗增加，且
随着耦合网络的耦合电容容量的增加，短路电流波的波前时间和半峰值时间增加。虚拟阻抗减小；压敏电阻耦合对组合波短路
电流的影响规律和电容耦合相同．对于同一规格压敏电阻，随着电容上充电电压的增加，短路电流波的波前时间和半峰值时间
增加，虚拟阻抗减小。在电容上充电电压相同情况下．随着压敏电阻通过直流lmA时的电压￡，¨的增加短路电流波的波前时
间和半峰值时间显著减小．而虚拟阻抗则显著增加。
