摘 要：频谱分析仪是对频域信号进行测量和分析的一种重要的测量仪器。传统的频谱分析仪的
o编程，基于GPIB总线实现对频谱分析仪的自动测试。主要是利用现有仪器的GPIB总线接口，通
器来驱动仪器，并运用SQLServer手段来对测试数据进行查询，存储和处理。
