综合护理管理对老年冠心病及高危因素预防价值[摘要] 目的 探讨长期综合护理管理对老年冠心病及高危因素的预防价值。 方法 选取我院2004年1月~2006年6月收治的老年冠心病患者192例,随机分为两组,采用常规药物治疗和常规护理干预的患者为对照组96例,在对照组治疗基础上采用综合护理干预配合治疗的患者为观察组96例。对两组患者均行5年的长期随访,分别比较两组患者的各项指标。 结果 观察组高血压、高血脂、高血糖、体重超重控制情况明显好于对照组(P < 0.05)。护理干预后,观察组与对照组各指标均明显降低,观察组各指标明显低于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组新发生冠心病率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 长期综合护理干预对老年冠心病及高危因素具有显著的预防效果,不仅可以有效控制老年冠心病的高危因素,明显降低冠心病的发病率,还可以大幅提高患者的生活质量,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate preventive value of long term comprehensive nursing intervention on senile coronary heart disease and risk factors. Methods 192 patients admitted of senile coronary heart disease were selected in the hospital from January 2004 to June 2006, who were randomly divided into two groups. 96 patients used conventional medications and routine nursing intervention as control group. 96 patients used comprehensive nursing intervention treatment on the basis of the control group treatment as observation group. Patients of two groups were long-term followed up for 5 years. Respectively, two sets of indicators were compared. Results The indicators of hyperlipidemia, hypertension, high blood glucose, control in overweight in the observation group were obviously better than the control group (P < 0.05). After nursing interventions, each indexes in the observation group and the control group were ecreased significantly, while each indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
