第33 卷 第3 期 高 电 压 技 术 Voi. 33 No. 3 2007 年 3 月 High Voitage Engineering Mar. 2007 ·1 · 输电线路运行故障的分析与防治 胡 毅 （国网武汉高压研究院，武汉430074 ） 摘 要：为降低线路故障所引起的大面积停电事故的发生，在统计近年来高压输电线路跳闸率和运行故障的基础 上，总结了引起故障和跳闸的原因，它包括雷击、风偏放电、外力破坏、鸟害、覆冰舞动、污闪和不明原因等，总结了故 障跳闸的主要特点和规律，从环境外因和线路内因两方面分析了引起故障的主要因素，并提出了有效的针对性防治 措施，如减少避雷线保护角，降低杆塔接地电阻，加装线路避雷器、侧向避雷针和优化线路设计参数，加强风偏放电 研究，加装驱鸟装置、防外力破坏等。最后，针对当前发展特高压的现状提出了特高压线路运行维护新的研究课题。 关键词：输电线路；防雷措施；运行故障；跳闸率；防治；影响因素 中图分类号： TM7 11 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1003-6520 （2007 ）03-0001-08 Analysis on Operation Faults of Transmission Line and Countermeasures HU Yi （Wuhan High Voitage Research Institute of SGCC ，Wuhan 430074 ，China ） Abstract ：As the terminai iine ，HV transmission iine piays a cruciai roie in the eiectric power system. At first ，the paper records the trip rate and operation fauits of HV transmission iine in the recent years. According to the recording resuits，it summarizes severai reasons of eiectricai fauits and tripping ，the reasons are ：iightning stroke ，wind deviation discharge ，ex- ternai force damage ，bird disaster ，covered ice and waving ，poiiution fiashover ，uncertain reasons and so on. It aiso summa- rizes the main characteristics and reguiation of fauits and tripping，and anaiyzes the main factors of the fauit from two as- pects ：externai cause （circumstance ）and internai cause （transmission iine ），and takes some effective protection measures in reiation to the two aspects. The main countermeasures are ：reducing poie tower grounding resistance ，reguiating discharge ciearance before rainy season ，decreasing protective angie ，instaiiing counter-bird devic
