　　武汉理工大学硕（博）士学位论文+开题报告：绿色壁垒对我国服装出口研究----国际商务管理论文 --摘 要 绿色贸易壁垒的迅速发展,对我国对外贸易产生了巨大的影响,尤其是严重影响了我国纺织品服装的出口。而纺织服装行业是我国传统支柱产业之一,纺织品服装出口对于我国的工业发展、扩大就业、平衡国际收支等都有极其重要的意义。同时欧盟是我国最大的纺织品服装进口国和纺织原料供给国，熟悉国外绿色贸易壁垒的表现形式、对我国纺织服装行业所带来的影响以及当采取何种应对措施，有效克服国外关于纺织品服装行业的绿色贸易壁垒,是我国政府和企业亟待解决的问题。所以,研究欧盟的绿色壁垒对我国纺织品服装出口的影响,具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文从绿色壁垒的由来、特点、表现形式入手,运用理论阐述与实际调查相结合的研究方法,将理论与实际相结合,着重分析了绿色贸易壁垒的双重性;并以贸易保护理论为基础,以可持续发展理论为指导,介绍了国外纺织品服装绿色贸易壁垒的各种形式;介绍和分析我国纺织品服装行业的重要作用,提出国外绿色壁垒对我国纺织品服装行业的有利影响与不利影响:分析了我国纺织品服装遭受绿色壁垒的主要原因;最后从政府、企业和行业协会三个角度提出了我国纺织品服装突破国外纺织品服装绿色贸易壁垒的政策建议。 Abstract The rapid development of the green trade barrier has a huge impact on Chinas foreign trade, especially the serious influence our country textile clothing export. Textile and garment industry is one of traditional pillar industry in our country; the textile clothing export to Chinas industrial development, expanding employment, balance of payments has extremely important meaning. At the same time, the foreign demand is the main source of China’s exporting textile and apparel and textile raaterial supply, familiar , the effects of textile and clothing industry in China and easures to take, effectively overe foreign green trade barriers on textile clothing industry, is an urgent problem of our government and enterprises. Therefore, the research of the European Union, the influence of green barrier on Chinese textile clothing export has very important practical significance. In this paper, from the origin and characteristics of green barrier and forms of performance, using the theory in this paper, the bined ethods, bining theory phatically analyzes the dualism of green barriers to trade; And on the basis of trade protection theory, guided by the theory of sustainable development, this paper introduces the foreign textile clothing green trade barriers of various forms; Introduce and analyze the important role of our country textile clothing industry, put for the main reason for green barriers; Finally from the vieent, enterprises
