抽油机液压节能装置 周 勇 新疆油田工程技术研究院 摘要：为降低常规型游梁式抽油机能耗，研制了抽油机液压节能装置。该装置通过抽油机游梁上下行的做功变化而储能释能，有效地改善了抽油机的平衡效果，消除了发电态负功对抽油机的不良影响并将负功余能再生使用，降低了抽油机的能耗，在新疆油田应用50台，经测试平均有功节电率为22.04%，无功节电率为39.54%，综合节电率为15.43%。 关键词：抽油机；液压节能装置；节能原理； The pumping unit hydraulic energy-saving device Abstract:In order to reduce enrgy consumption of the conventional type beam pumping unit, developed the pumping unit hydraulic energy-saving devices.
