2010年11月 农 业 机 械 学 报 第41卷第11期 DOI：10．3969／j．issn．1000—1298．2010．11．012 长距离输水系统停泵水锤的数值模拟 王文全 张立翔 闫 妍 曾 云 (昆明理工大学工程力学系 ，昆明 650051) 【摘要】 运用瞬态水力学理论和特征线方法 ，结合某实际工程 ，对联合采用空气阀、泄压阀和二阶段缓闭蝶阀 进行水锤防护的长距离有压输水管道系统的事故停泵水力过渡过程进行 了计算和分析 ，得到管线沿程 的水锤压力 包络线和空化体积 曲线，以及典型断面的压力时程线 。计算结果表明，采用两阶段缓 闭蝶 阀、泄压 阀和空气 阀进行 水锤安全防护是十分必要的，有利于抑制正水锤压力 的继续升高和 阻止负水锤压力 的持续 降低 ，防止断流弥合水 锤的发生 。但从计算结果看 ，管内仍存在局部空化现象 ，需要进一步优化空气阀的布置 。 关键词 ：泵站 供水工程 水力计算 水锤压力 水锤 防护 中图分类号 ：$277 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号 ：1000—1298(2010)11-0063—04 NumericalSimulation oftheW aterHammerCausedbyAccidental Pump·stop in LongW aterSupplySystems W angW enquan ZhangLixiang YanYan ZengYun (DepartmentofEngineeringMechanics，KunmingUniversityofScienceandTechnology，Kunming650051，China) Abstract In accordancewith the characteristicsofa longwaterpipe supply system with waterhammer，the analysisoftheprotecting devicescombined with theairvalve，pressure reliefvalve and slowly closed platevalvewascarriedoutforthetransientprocesscausedbyaccidentalpump—stopbasedonthetheoryof waterhammerandthemethod ofcharacteristics．Thepressureofwaterhammerand relative cavitating volumealong thepipelinewereobtained simultaneously．The evolvementofpressureofwaterhammer againsttimewasachieved．Thenumericalresultsshowedthatthepresentwaterhammerprotectionstothe pipeline system were necessary， which restrained notonly the continuously rising up butalso the excessivelydecreasingofwaterhammerpressure and werehelpfulto suppresstheoccurrence ofwater column separation．However，theresultsalsoshowedthecavitationsin localraisedpositionofpipeline． Theoptimizationofthepositionaboutairvalvesshouldbeimplementedfurther． Keywords Pump station，Watersupp
