結冷膠薄膜應用於引導組織再生術之評估 Evaluation of Gellan Gum Membrane in Guided Tissue Regeneration 劉瑋婷Wei-Ting Liu 1 郭士民Shyh-Ming Kuo 1 張淑真Shwu-Jen Chang 1 李明偉Ming-Wei Lee 2,3 1義守大學生物醫學工程系Department of Biomedical Engineering, I-Shou University 2中山醫學大學醫事檢驗暨生物技術學系 School of Medical Laboratory and Biotechnology, Chung-Shan Medical University 3中山醫學大學附設醫院病理檢驗科Department of Clinical Laboratory, Chung-Shan Medical University Hospital  一、中文摘要 牙周病是一種由牙菌斑中特定的細菌所造成的疾病，此細菌可產生毒素刺激牙齦進而破壞牙齒和牙齦組織，一旦造成骨缺陷後，由於牙齦的上皮組織與結締組織生長速度遠遠超過牙周組織（牙周韌帶、齒槽骨），最後皆被纖維結締組織佔據，進而引起齒槽骨被吸收的現象，此將導致牙根附著不穩，更嚴重時，甚至需要拔除。引導組織再生術(Guided Tissue Regeneration)為近年來最常應用於牙周病的治療方法，其主要是利用材料的機械屏障作用，使其材料形成阻隔膜作用，可有效隔離受損部位周圍生長較快的纖維組織，並未受損組織保留一個再生修復的良好空間。Gellan gum為一種細胞的包外多醣分泌物，具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性，Gellan gum亦帶負電性，且有研究將其做為培養細胞的基材，因此本計劃將利用Gellan gum製備阻隔再生膜，利用其帶陰電性特性與同樣帶陰電性的細胞膜產生排斥，因此可抑制纖維細胞在受損部位貼附生長，來達到阻隔效果。 關鍵詞：引導組織再生、結冷膠 Abstract Periodontal disease is caused by bacterial plaque, one type of bacterial infection that produces toxic and destroys the attachment fibers and supporting bone that hold the teeth in the mouth. Once the teeth has been infected, the growing speed of epithelium tissue and connective tissue is faster than periodontal tissue (periodontal ligament and alveolar bone), resulting outer layer of tooth root filled by fiber tissue and resorption of the alveolar bone occurs. This will allows the tooth root become unstable and eventually results in the loss of teeth. Guided Tissue Regeneration (GTR) has become the most common treatment for periodontal disease, a surgical procedure that utilizes material as a barrier membrane which is placed under the gum and over the remaining bone. The purpose of the procedure is to enhance and allow for the regeneration of new bone in an area where teeth are being extracted or have already been removed.?
