育阴汤加味治疗习惯性流产(滑胎)基础及临床[摘要] 目的 妊娠现象的胎儿胎盘系，不接受来自有正常免疫机能的母体方面的免疫拒绝，而正常地生长发育，从移植免疫学看是不可解释的现象。有人指出原因不明习惯性流产源于同种免疫反应异常，使用淋巴球治疗，有一定的疗效。但由于技术上的原因，普及应用尚有困难。对此中医则认为胎居母体全赖肾以系之，如肾功健全则胎固母安，反之则肾虚胎元不固而屡屡堕胎，也名滑胎，其根本是肾虚无力系胎所致。故确认补肾固胎为治疗大法，采用育阴汤加味，探讨其对该病治疗的效果与机理。方法 对13例原因不明习惯性流产病人，利用育阴汤加味治疗观察。结果 有效率60%以上。结论育阴汤加味治疗该病具有良好疗效，可以认为其在強化免疫学的妊娠维持机构中具有特异作用。 关键词：育阴汤滑胎习惯性流产 Abstract:Objective: This paper aims to discuss the effect and mechanism of Modified Yuyin Decoction. The placenta in pregnancy phenomenon gains normal growth and development through not accepting maternal body of normal immune function, which is unexplainable from transplantation immunology. It was noted that that the unexplained habitual abortion results from the abnormality of homologous immune response. Thus lymphocyte treatment has a certain effect. However, due to technical reasons, it is difficult to spread the application of this the method. In this regard, from the view of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the placenta situated in the maternal body is growing with the great help of kidney of good function, and vice versa, which is also called habitual abortion. The root cause is the kidney weakness. Therefore it is confirmed the principal treatment is to tonify kidney and nourish the placenta. Method: Apply Modified Yuyin Decoction to 13 patients of habitual abortion of unknown reasons and observe the reaction of the patients. Conclusion: Modified Yuyin Decoction treatment has a good curative effect to habitual abortion, which can play a specific role in strengthening the immunology of pregnancy maintenance.
