语音合成技术在电力调度自动化系统中的应用

摘 要：语音报警在电力调度自动化系统中起着关键的作用，然而，语音的人为录制生成不仅方式烦琐，而且
出错的可能性大。广东电网公司韶关供电局在更新电力调度自动化系统时，利用语音合成技术，开发出语音合
成（TTS ）系统来实现语音报警功能，解决人为录制语音文件所存在的弊端。TTS 系统具有支持多种语种、合成
音色多样化、短语合成效果佳、语气表现力强、数字与数值类型识别率高、支持MP3 格式背景音乐、预录音批
量处理、图形界面远程监控、网络语音合成服务和资源服务等特点，应用中具有免语音维护、语音报警准确性
高、升级方便、语音合成速度快等优势。在电力调度自动化系统中应用时，采用传输控制协议的客户 服务器
!
方式实现语音报警，客户端运行TTS 语音软件，并需硬件把关器支持，数据采集与监控（SCADA ）服务器为服务
器端。

Abstract ：Speech alarming plays a key role in power dispatch automation system. However ，manual speech transcribing is so
troublesome that it has a great probability of making a mistake. In the newly replaced power dispatch automation system of Shaoguan
Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation，the text to speech （TTS ）technigue is used to realize the function of
speech alarming and resolve the disadvantage of artificial speech transcribing. The TTS system is characterized by multi-language
support，diversified timbres，good phrase composition effects，strong expressiveness of mood ，high recognition of di
