讲座六有源配电网保护技术
摘要：分布式电源(DER)的大量接入，使配电网成为功率双向流动的有源网络，这给配电网保护带来一系
列亟待解决的问题。在简述DER并网技术和有源配电网基本概念的基础上，分析了DER故障电流输出特性
以及DER高度渗透的有源配电网的故障电流特征、DER对配电网保护的影响，提出了适应DER接人的配电
网保护改进措施；介绍了用于并网点的DER侧故障保护、系统侧故障保护；在综述反孤岛保护技术的基础上，
提出了基于分布式智能控制的反孤岛保护新技术。在全专题讲座的总结中，对提高我国配电网继电保护技
术水平、加强对智能配电网建设中继电保护问题的研究提出了建设性意见。
