视功能问卷生存质量问卷应用于早中期白内障手术适应症的研究 王恩洪，李灿，陈潇，刘翔（400038重庆，第三军医大学：西南医院西南眼科医院） ［提要］ 目的 视功能问卷研究早中期白内障患者的视功能（Visual Function，VF）生存质量（Quality of Life,QOL），探讨视力≥0.5早期白内障患者手术适应症。方法 对日常生活视力≥0.3的早、中期白内障患者进行VF、QOL问卷调查，分视力0.3、0.4视力≥0.5要求手术组、视力≥0.5未要求手术组，以视力0.3、0.4组VF、QOL得分95%位数为手术参考值，以另两组得分临床验证、筛选手术参考值。结果 161例受检者中，所有患者VF与日常生活视力显著相关(P＜0.01, r=0.61)， QOL与日常生活视力显著相关(P＜0.01, r=0.45)。视力0.3、0.4白内障患者102例，95%位数VF得分为73.3分，QOL得分为94.4分。视力≥0.5患者59例，要求手术组21例，未要求手术组38例。≥0.5患者按VF参考值25例可手术，按QOL参考值43例可手术，与按患者实际要求手术手术率比较，VF为参考两种手术率无统计学意义（(2=0.57，P﹥0.05），QOL为参考时两种手术率有统计学意义（(2=18.12，P＜0.05）。结论 早中期白内障VF、QOL得分与日常生活视力显著相关可将视功能作为早期白内障患者的手术参考指征。 ［关键词］ 视功能；生存质量；早期白内障；手术适应症( Research on the vision function and uality of life questionnaire used in the operation indication of early cataract WANG En-Hong,LI Can,CHEN Xiao,LIU Xiang ( Southwest Eye Hospital,Southwest Hospital, Third Military Medical University,Chongqing 400038, China) ［Abstract］Objective To analyze the operation indication of early cataract （VA≥0.5）by research the outcome of Visual Function(VF) and Quality of Life(QOL) questionnaire of the early and middle cataract. Methods The Visual Function and Quality of Life questionnaire was administered in all subjects with presenting visual acuity better than or equal to 0.3 . All subjects were divided into 3 groups：1st group（VA 0.3、0.4）, 2nd group(willing to be operated，VA≥0.5 ),3rd group(unwilling to be operated，VA≥0.5). The 95% percentile of the score of VF and QOL of the 1st group were regarded as the operation indication of early cataract. The scores of the other two groups were used to verify and screen out the operation indication. Results The scores of VF of all the 161 patients are significantly correlated with presenting visual acuity(P＜0.01, r=0.61)，the same as the scores of QOL (P＜0.01, r=0.45).The 1st group included 102 cases , the 95% percentile of the score of VF and QOL is 73.3 and 94.4.
