摘要近年来，随着城市交通需求的增加，老城区所承受的交通压力也与日俱增。老城区是城市历史、文化沿革变迁的实物见证，应加以保护，为了缓和交通需求和老城区保护之间的矛盾，使老城区道路在满足历史文化遗址保护要求的前提下，通过合理的交通组织管理方法，满足老城区日增的交通需求，可利用老城区内的街巷组织单向交通微循环。单向交通组织能充分利用城市各级路网的不同职能来分担交通量，从而合理分配老城区内交通状况，缓解交通压力，这样在充分利用道路空间资源的情况下又解决了老城区道路的交通拥挤。首先，通过分析单向交通的优点、实施步骤，以及可实施单向交通的条件，并对交通微循环系统的原理和特性进行分析。然后，从系统论的视角，从系统要素、系统结构及系统功能三个方面论述了交通微循环系统的概念。结合老城区的特点，探讨了老城区交通微循环系统。最后，建立以保障干路网络的畅通性、减小绕行距离、缩短绕行时间为优化目标、以道路通畅为约束条件的单向交通组织优化模型，并给出了借用交通规划软件Trans CAD的模型求解步骤。关键词：老城区；单向交通；交通微循环；双层规划模型；Trans CADAbstractIn recent years, with the increase in demand for urban transport, the ancient city is also increasing pressure to bear traffic.
