Methods Two human gastric cancer cell lines: BGC-823 and GC-27 were treated with rhTNF-A and 5-FU at different concentrations and the treatment concentration was determined by acid phospha- tase method. The expression of DAP3 before and after treatment with rhTNF-A and 5-FU were determined by Western blot method.
