心理干预对胃癌手术患者影响广元市第二人民医院，四川广元628017 【摘要】目的：了解心理干预对胃癌手术患者负性情绪、睡眠及疼痛的影响，以利指导临床护理工作。方法：将85例住院胃癌患者随机分为干预组43人和对照组42人，两组患者均接受常规的胃癌手术治疗。对照组接受常规护理模式护理；干预组在常规护理模式基础上采用心理护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后负性情绪、睡眠及疼痛变化情况。结果：干预后干预组患者焦虑与抑郁评分均低于对照组，干预组睡眠时间比对照组时间增加明显，但干预后干预组比对照组疼痛评分明显减少，有显著差异(P0.05)。结论：应用心理护理可以降低胃癌手术患者的负性情绪，增加患者睡眠时间及减轻患者疼痛，提高患者的生活质量。 【关键词】胃癌患者；心理干预；情绪；生活质量 【中图分类号】R473.73【文献标识码】A文章编号：1004-7484（2012）-05-0725-02 Psychological intervention on the effect of gastric cancer surgery patientsWU JunThe second guangyuan city people’’s hospital 628017 【Abstract】Objective：To understand the psychological intervention to cancer of the stomach surgery patients negative emotions，sleep and pain，the influence of clinical nursing work.Elisha guidance.Methods：Will 85 cases of gastric hospitalized patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group 42 people 43，two groups of patients will receive regular stomach surgery.The control group for routine nursing mode nursing，Intervention group in conventional nursing mode adopted based on psychological nursing intervention.Compare two sets of patients before and after the intervention negative temper，sleep and pain changes.Results：The interention in patients with anxiety and depression intervention group，scores are lower than those of the control group intervention group than controls sleep time increase obviously，but interentions intervention group than in the controls pain score significantly reduced，there are significant differences (P0.05).Conclusions：Application of psychological nursing can reduce stomach surgery patients with negative temper，increase the patient morpheus time and relieve pain and improve patients with the patient’’s quality of life. 【Key words】In patients with gastric cancer；Psychological intervention；Emotion；Quality of life胃癌是临床常见的疾病，早期选择手术治疗是最佳的治疗手段，但术后患者常伴有负性情绪及疼痛，影响患者的睡眠及生活质量。我们通过对胃癌患者实施心理干预，取得满意效果，现报告如下：1.资料与方法 1.1一般资料。选取2007年1月至2009年12月在我院外科住院的胃癌患者85例，按住院的先后序号随机分为干预组43人、对照组42人。入选标准：经病理确诊为胃癌；要求入选对象自愿
