Using temperat re, moist re, s rfactant TW80 and CN P ratio as reg lation factors, the biodegradation of ploycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons ( PAHs) was carried o t w ith an experimen tal period of 150 days. T he res lts indicate that the degradation rate of PAHs reached 44. 5~ 74. 6% and 70. 4~ 93. 7% after 30 and 60 days, respectively . The optim m conditions for degradation d ring these periods w ere: temperat re 40! , moist re 25% , C NP ratio 120 101, and T W80 concentration 200~ 500mg∀kg- 1. At the end of this experiment, the degradation rate of PAHs w as p to 91. 2~ 99. 8% , with an optim m condition of temperat re 40 ! , and moist re 15% . T he discrimination of R val e indicates that the infl ence of the fo r reg lation factors on the degradation rate of PAHs varied w ith time. Temperat re had a signifi cant infl ence on the degradation of PAHs, and s rfactants had a reg lating role on the biodegradation of PAHs in soil.
