管理者沟通风格的诊断与改善（Diagnosis and management style to improve communication） [Abstract] communication style is the personality style of managers in information communication activities. It is not only related to organizational productivity, but also affects job satisfaction and performance level of employees. From the point of view of psychological diagnosis and counseling, this paper makes a preliminary diagnosis on the communication style of managers, and puts forward some measures for improvement. As one of the important management qualities, communication has attracted more and more entrepreneurs attention. Communication style is the personality style that organization managers show in information communication activities, which embodies the basic structure and appearance of managers interpersonal relationship. It is not only closely related to organizational cohesion and production efficiency, but also affects job satisfaction and performance level of employees. Poor communication and communication style is a major problem faced by many managers. How to diagnose and improve the communication style is discussed in this paper. I. psychological diagnosis of communication style (1) Johari theory A profound understanding of Joharis theory is the basic premise of diagnosing communication style. American psychologist JoeLufthe and HarryIngam (1969) conducted in-depth study on interpersonal communication from the angle of self concept, and according to their own, they do not know know and others know -- others dont know the two dimensions of interpersonal communication, will be divided into four zones, namely open area, blind area, hidden area and closed area people, this theory is also known as the Johari window. In interpersonal communication, personal daily hobby, attitude and temperament usually themselves and others can see, open area, some aspects of the individual emotion such as excitement, or distress, some may hurt others behavior, often do not understand themselve
