调度自动化系统基于闭锁式程序的防止误遥控方法

摘要：通过研究发现在已运行变电站接入监控系统的遥控过程中容易出现误遥控事故，导致设备运行异常，
甚至造成大面积停电事故，而常规的几种防止误遥控方法在实际应用中也各有缺点存在。结合某电网调度自
动化系统实际情况，在自动化主站系统中加入闭锁遥控执行的程序，在保证变电站遥控二次回路正常的情况
下，应用此程序对已运行变电站的设备进行遥控测试。经过近三年的实际应用，证明此方法可以有效避免误
遥控事故的发生，减少停电损失，并减轻了维护人员工作强度，保障人身安全和电力系统设备稳定运行。
