摘 要：切削参数的选择对加工效率、加工质量和生产成本均有重要影响。通过对复合机床加工小型工件
的工序分析，计算出工序中不同切削参数作用下产生的切削力以及切削热；利用ABAQUS建立有限元模型，分析
切削热、切削力对工件形变的影响，最终实现切削参数的合理选择。
