高速公路气象信息服务系统探究个人简历 李秀邦 青海民族大学交通与工程系教师，助教，2007年7月参加工作 【摘要】为了有效降低恶劣天气对高速公路上交通安全的影响，迫切需要在我国建立高速公路气象信息服务系统。本文分析了目前制约我国高速公路运输效率的多个因素，提出初步解决方案。根据我国的具体国情，分析在我国建设完善的高速公路气象信息服务系统的可行性和广阔的发展前景。高速公路气象信息服务系统由几个子系统构成，各子系统之间密切联系。高速公路气象信息发布系统和气象信息采集系统是最具有发展空间的两个子系统。文章研究了气象信息采集设备的布置合理性问题。在交通气象信息发布方式多样化的背景下，我们试图寻找一种最有效且最具有发展前景的信息发布方式。通过对比诸多信息发布方式优缺点，我们相信未来最具有发展前景的信息发布方式将是图形式可变信息板和车载系统。最后针对我国在高速公路气象服务系统的发展现状，探讨适合我国国情的交通气象资源共享体系，以加快我国的高速公路和普通等级公路的基础服务设施建设，避免在这一过程中不必要的重复建设。 【关键词】智能运输系统， 高速公路气象信息服务， 气象信息采集， 能见度， 气象信息发布，交通资源共享，道路气象信息系统 【 abstract 】 in order to effectively reduce the bad weather on the highway to the influence of the traffic safety, the urgent need to build highway in China meteorological information service system. This paper analyzes the present restricting our highway transportation efficiency of multiple factors, this paper preliminary solution.
