2 0 15.09 .25 第29卷Vol.29总第115期 基于物联网技术的科研型 物资库房管理系统研究与实现 李晋航　 凌乐　 李勇　 姜周　 刘丝丝 东方电气集团中央研究院, 成都 611731 摘要: 科研型库房管理与传统库房管理相比, 具有物资品种多、 批量少、 出入流量突发性和管理复杂性等特征。 本文提出 一种新的物资库房管理系统框架, 该系统框架根据科研型物资库房管理特征, 对库房的物资、 库位存储情况、 库房业务、 储存环境、 进出入人员、 异常情况等进行集中管理。 借助物联网相关软硬件技术的应用, 可形成一个网络化和智能化的库 房管理系统。 该系统有效提高了科研物资管理的质量和效率, 降低库存管理成本, 对项目的进度推进有重要保障作用。 最 后给出了基于该框架开发的一个库房管理系统实现。 关键词: 科研型物资库房管理; 物联网技术; 库房管理系统(WMS); 应用分析 中图分类号: F253．4　 　 　 　 　 文献标识码: A　 　 　 　 　 文章编号: 1001-9006(2015)03-0020-10 Research and Realization of the Research-based Warehouse Management System Based on IOT LI Jinhang, LINGLe, LI Yong, JIANGZhou, LIUSisi (Central Research Academy of Dongfang Electric Corporation, 611731, Chengdu, China) Abstract:Compared with the traditional warehouse management, the research-based warehouse management has many unique characteristics, such as variety in items with small batch, uncertainty of out-put and in-put of commodities, and complexity of administration． This paper proposes anewwarehousemanagement systemframeworkcomplyingwiththecharacteristicsof theresearch- basedwarehouse, which intensively manages the warehouse materials, utilization, warehouse operations, storage environment, staff entering and leaving, and the abnormal conditions． With the help of “Internet of Things薰 hardware and software technologies, a network and intelligent warehouse management system is established． This system can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of scientific research material management, reducethecostof inventorymanagement, andcontroltheprojectprogress． Finally, thepaper provides awarehouse management implementation based on the given framework． Key words:research-based warehouse management, “Internet of Thing
